I highly recommend this awesome product. You won’t believe how fast and easy they are to use and it really look like the real thing. My younger stallion who hates his tail being pulled just stood there and didnt even move and inch. In fact he actually held his tail up as if he was enjoying it. Brilliant on thick manes too just comb from underneath and its as easy as that. I’ve been doing it the hard way for years but wont be ever again. Tried and tested Brilliant is all I can say. Im about to try Smart Coat to so will let you all know.

Just to say how fantastic the "Smart Tails" tool is - I recieved it yesterday and within 20 mins of starting on my horse that had been turned away for three months she was transformed with a new sleek tail and mane. I will start on the warmblood tonight who's 1/8 Conermara has 'come out' in her mane! Later I then tackled the border terriers and removed a carrier bag of hair from the pair without any of the pain of stripping. Super tool and I will be getting one for all my friends too. I thought it would be just another tool that thins in a rather brutal way but Smart Tails is easy to use and leaves a very natural finish. Well done to you!

I have just been loaned the 'smart tail' by a friend of mine to use on my top horse Father Jerry who is not particularly keen on having his tail pulled - and i can never get it looking great - and having used it I felt ihad to write to say how great it is - his tail looks better than it ever has done and it was painless and stress free for both him and I! I thoroughly recommend this product - it took me no time at all and every tack tray should have one.

Hi, Having seen your advert in Horse and Hound I called and ordered a Smart Tail. Your operative advised me to buy a coarse one as my horse's tail had never been pulled, due to his (understandable) complete objection. Being 18 hands I could do little to persuade him. My Smart Tail arrived the next day after ordering, and following the guidance I used it on my horse's tail first. He fell asleep! I then used it to thin his already pulled mane and even managed to tidy his forelock, which was another area he normally took objection to. Within 1 hour, (over 2 days as advised) I have achieved what I had been trying to do in 3 years. So a big thank you for providing the most useful, inexpensive horse item I have bought in the last 10 years. It does exactly what it says and I can use it again and again. Heather Klimczak.

Hello Just to let you know that the coat thinner arrived this morning and I am so impressed with it. I have two donkeys that still have alot of winter coat. I have been brushing them with a slicker, but the coat thinner is in a different league for removing the winter coat. I have been so impressed with it that I have mentioned it and your website on the Donkey Breed Society's website discussion forum. Thank you again. Miriam

I had to email you again and tell you again how good your Smart Tails are. I went to my first BD outing since 'pulling' my mares tail.
Whilst I walked her off a lady stopped us, she said she had to stop us and tell us what a superb pulled tail my mare has, she said it was the best pulled tail she had seen in a long long time! I confessed my secret and told her to look you up.
I was really impressed as it is the first tail I have pulled either traditionally or with a smart tails.

My smart tail gizmo arrived safely this morning, it was the 20 blade fine one I purchased. I must say how utterly brilliant it is.. Ive a native that has an unruly mane and it sorted that out in no time! I also did fetlocks with it, and what a finish! Two tails also were done and gave a lovely natural appearance. None of these horrible scissor lines to be seen
anywhere.

TOTALLY BRILLIANT!!!!!

I got the smart tails tool and had a go with it this morning.All I can say is a BIG thank you.
It really is excellent- did the whole tail in about 10 mins compared to the normal torturous 1/2 - 45 mins!

I will highly recommend to all my showing contacts!

Good morning, I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my smart tails groomer, it arrived yesterday after only ordering it the day before (excellent service) I used it on my very hairy donkey last night and ended up with over a carrier bag full of hair from her and I haven't finished grooming her yet (still have her tummy and legs to do!) absolutely brilliant product - wish I'd had one last year for her. The only thing you didn't say how addictive it is - I can't stop using it! I've even tried it on my dog and he loved it. I am a member of the Donkey Breed Society and also North Yorkshire Smallholders Society and will be recommending it to their members - plus all the horsey/donkey/doggy people I know. Wendy Allan

After speaking to Clarissa a few weeks ago, I ordered a Smart Tails Standard (medium). I used it for the first time last night and all I can say is WOW! FANTASTIC! WHAT A REVELATION! My horse hates having his mane and tail pulled (I don't blame him!) but this product made my life (and his!) so much easier. However, using the product is really addictive so I have to really curb my enthusiasm. I am always struggling for time and this just makes things so much easier. Thank you so much for a product that truly does work. I will definitely be telling all my friends and clients to buy one!
