Smart Grooming Splosh Wash for horses and ponies is a refreshing but invigorating everyday wash off lotion to cool and soothe tired muscles as well as making removal of sweat, mud and dirt quick and easy.

Lavender is again added to this product to aid with soothing and recovery after exercise.  Can be used diluted (mix a capful in a bucket of warm water) or neat to disperse bruising.  No need to rinse.  Avoid using on broken skin or sensitive areas.

Smart Grooming luxury Strawberry Shampoo is a concentrated colour enhancing horse shampoo for chestnuts and brown coloured coats and is formulated to heighten the natural colour of your horse.

Fragranced with strawberry essential oils, which not only smells great, but is designed to heal and hydrate the skin as well as condition.

This product is suitable for sensitive skin. A concentrated shampoo that can be used neat or diluted directly onto the coat.

Smart Grooming's Polar White is a spectacular stain remover spray for horses which will help achieve instant whiteness.  It has been designed to lift stable and grass stains as well as to remove stubborn discolouration on feathers, socks and tails when used as a spray shampoo.

A clear, fresh smelling spray, giving excellent results on white and light coloured body areas. 

For best results: damp the dirty or stained area first then apply the spray directly or onto a sponge.  Brush or massage in well.  Leave for 5 minutes.  Rinse out.  For really stubborn stains repeat procedure.  For yellow tails, dip tail in warm water, spray liberally and massage in well.  Leave for 5 minutes and then rinse and shampoo as normal.  We recommend using with our Deep Purple whitening shampoo, which conditions and whitens stubborn areas too.

The Ultimate High Shine Lotion

Smart Grooming Super Shine is a concentrated high gloss, non oil based lotion for use on all body areas and manes and tails, and as a final finish before entering the show ring. 

This multi-purpose lotion can be used as a high-lighter, a mix for make up, or used for hot clothing used diluted with hot water, as a final finish for the ultimate shine.  It doesn’t attract dust or dirt – shine is guaranteed all day.  

• This is a non-irritating formula which can also aid the healing of minor scrapes and grazes as well as give a high shine, dry finish that doesn’t attract the dust and is ideal for the show and competition arena to enhance and shine the natural coat colour.

Squeeze a small amount into the palms of your hands and then work through the mane and tail. For body areas we recommend hot clothing with Super Shine for a thorough high shine finish.

• How to Hot Cloth for Condition and Shine

  • Hot clothing for condition and shine is easily done once the coat has been well brushed and clean or has been hot clothed with an astringent based solution such as the Hot Cloth Wash.
  • Apply Super Shine Lotion to a clean coat using approx. 10ml of Super Shine to approx. 500ml of very warm water. 
  • Apply to the coat with a well wrung out flannel or suede feel cloth, and wipe all over the body.
  • Super Shine Lotion will apply a high shine finish when diluted with hot water. Allow to dry for about 10 minutes. 
  • The unique combination of lavender oil and siloxane, give the feel of silk and impart emollience.

Available with a blue suede feel, or a red microfibre cloth.

Smart Grooming Buzz off summer spray is derived from a combination of plant extracts as well as essential oils of Citronella to give protection from airborne pests such as flies, midges and insects during the summer months.  

Buzz Off summer spray is a concentrated but safe and effective formula, leaving a distinctive, pleasant aroma giving long lasting summer fly and midge protection.

We suggest using alongside Smart Grooming Citronella Shampoo during the summer months to give maximum protection.

Avoid eyes and broken skin and as with any new product patch test before use.
